Vibration-resistant pressure gauge oil leakage is mainly due to the following:5 Reasons:
The仪表leakage was caused by an improperly inserted filling plug, which was due to a work error by the production worker or inspector.
Due to the loose shell, the instrument leaked oil, which also indicates a lack of responsibility among the production workers. The missing process led to this issue.
The outer diameter of the sealing ring was originally too small, and after being stretched for use, oil leakage in the instrument occurred over time. This is due to two reasons: first, the incoming parts were of poor quality, and second, the worker continued to use the parts despite discovering their poor quality during assembly.
Due to the破裂 in the glass of the gauge, oil leakage has occurred, which could be attributed to transportation or improper use by the customer. The responsibility should be fairly clear.
Regarding returns due to false leaks in instruments, or due to insufficient cleaning during packaging, or workers not following the process requirements, all are a result of a lack of responsibility on the part of the workers.
