With the continuous advancement of science and technology, the importance of industry standards is becoming increasingly evident. Currently, the existing standards related to transmitters in our country are also being continuously improved. On February 1st, the GB/T 17614.3-2018 "Part 3: Performance Evaluation Methods for Intelligent Transmitters in Industrial Process Control Systems," proposed by the China Association of Machinery Industry and under the jurisdiction of the Technical Committee on Standardization of Measurement, Control, and Automation in Industrial Processes (SAC/TC 124), has officially been implemented.
The standard primarily targets single-crystal silicon resistive pressure transmitters in the domestic pressure transmitter industry. Single-crystal silicon pressure transmitters boast exceptional anti-interference capabilities, superior high-frequency response, robust overload resistance, and high-precision transmission. Currently, in industrial process systems, they have become one of the most widely used transmitters, serving as the "main force" among domestic pressure transmitters and representing the future development direction.
The development of technology has never been an overnight success. From the basic process industrial automation (DCS, PLC) intrinsic safety single crystal silicon pressure transmitters to the SISanquan instrument system's secure single crystal silicon pressure transmitters, and now to the single crystal silicon resistive technology pressure transmitters, China's pressure transmitter technology has undergone a transformation. Domestic pressure transmitter manufacturers have been witnessing the innovation and progress in the industry.
Amidst the fierce competition, those who row with might come first. Among domestic manufacturers of monocrystalline silicon pressure transmitters, many have achieved significant breakthroughs in the technical level of their products. Currently, the accuracy of pressure transmitters produced overseas is generally 0.04, while the accuracy of domestic monocrystalline silicon multi-parameter pressure transmitters has reached 0.05, making their performance comparable to imported brands.
