Reinforced truss floor deck specifications

Technical Key Requirements

(1) Assemble, inspect, and label according to the steel truss floor deck assembly drawing and assembly operation manual. (2) Install the prefabricated steel truss floor deck as per the panel layout, ensuring control over the template's baseline and the steel truss starting point baseline.

(3) It is strictly prohibited to have concrete accumulation exceeding 0.3m in any localized area. It is also forbidden to dump concrete in the midspan section of the floor deck between steel beams (or vertical support posts).

(4) Do not directly support the concrete pumping pipeline bracket on the formwork of the prefabricated steel truss floor deck.

Key Quality Requirements

Prior to the assembly of floor deck panels, the quality of steel trusses, molds, connecting parts, and other raw materials should be inspected according to the quality acceptance requirements. If the raw material quality does not meet the requirements, correction or replacement should be carried out.

(2) Prior to concrete pouring, it is essential to promptly clean off accumulated dust and weld slag, as well as other debris from the bottom formwork of the floor deck.

Critical Occupational Health and Safety Requirements

(1) Crane operators must be certified to work and there must be a designated person to supervise lifting and unloading operations.

(2) Electric welding machines and other electrical equipment should be equipped with a dedicated switch box and a leakage protector. Power should be turned off and locked up at the end of the shift. (3) Operators of concrete vibrators should wear rubber shoes and insulated gloves, and the vibrators should have anti-leakage measures. (5) When working at heights, safety helmets should be worn and safety ropes should be fastened. It is strictly prohibited to drop objects from heights. (6) Safety protection should be set up at the edge of holes and openings.
