The comprehensive utilization technology of biogas refers to the integrated use of biogas, biogas sludge, and biogas liquid produced by the fermentation of human and animal excrement. The biogas sludge and liquid contain a large amount of metabolic products of microorganisms, which include various vitamins, proteins, enzymes, trace elements, and more, all of which have a positive regulatory effect on crop growth. In addition to being used for lighting and cooking, biogas can also be used for grain storage and preserving fruits. Therefore, biogas, biogas sludge, and biogas liquid have extensive application value, mainly including the following uses:
(1)Soak Seeds in Slurry: This method can increase seed germination rate by 15-20% or more, with seedlings emerging 1-2 days earlier, ensuring uniform and robust seedlings with disease resistance. Operation: Use a permeable woven plastic bag to pack selected seeds (15-20 kg, remember to leave some space), tie the bag securely, and soak it in the middle to lower part of the material discharge area. For seeds with shells like rice, soak for 48-60 hours; for seeds without shells like corn, soak for 12-18 hours. After soaking, rinse clean, dry, and germinate before sowing.
(2) Effluent Foliar Spray: Enhances crop yield and quality, and effectively controls various pests and diseases such as aphids, red and yellow spiders, leaf spot, and grape powdery mildew, with particularly significant effects on vegetables and fruits. Operation Method: Use effluent with more than 3 months of normal gas production, filter the effluent, and spray it on the underside of the leaves; avoid spraying during the noonday heat.
(3) Pig Farming with Biogas Slurry: Feeding pigs with a 1:1 mixture of biogas slurry from a well-performing biogas digester and pig feed can lead to rapid weight gain and disease resistance. Each pig can save approximately 100 to 150 kilograms of feed, reducing pig farming costs and increasing farmers' income.
(4) Aquaculture with Sewage Sludge and Slurry: Improves water environment, leading to faster fish growth and better quality. Typically, apply 150 to 200 kilograms of sewage sludge and slurry per mu of water surface, but do not exceed 100 kilograms per application.
(5) Sludge Fertilization: Enhances soil fertility and promotes the production of green food products.
(6) Biogas, in addition to lighting and cooking, can also be used for grain storage and fruit preservation. It extends the storage time, eliminates pests and diseases, ensures the quality of grain and fruit, and can also be used for silkworm rearing and hatching. Primarily, it provides energy for heating purposes.
