I. Product Introduction:
Fluorinated graphite is an intercalated compound produced through a direct reaction between carbon and fluorine. It is a new type of functional material with very low surface free energy and excellent thermal and chemical stability. Fluorinated graphite is a solid, structural, non-stoichiometric fluorocarbon empirical formula (CFx)n, and the reaction temperature depends on the type of raw materials, the design of the reactor, the end use, and the desired degree of fluorination.
Section II: Technical Advantages:
Our company has independently developed a fluorine gas internal circulation process for fluorination reactors, utilizing a high-temperature synthesis method (dry process) to produce fluorinated graphite. We have also developed a unique automatic control structure for the reactor, which is resistant to corrosion and can withstand high temperatures and high concentrations of fluorine gas atmosphere. This solution overcomes difficulties in the fluorinated graphite production process, enhancing safety. The product achieves various fluorocarbon ratios with controllable particle sizes, nearly reaching the theoretical fluorocarbon ratio value (1.25); non-graphite fluorocarbon ratios can reach up to 1.28.

The surface fluoro-modification has a low degree of fluorination, and the white powder fluorocarbon ratio with high degree of fluorination can reach 1.2.
