I. Product Introduction:
Fluorinated graphite is an intercalated compound produced by the direct reaction of carbon and fluorine. It is a novel functional material with very low surface free energy and good thermal and chemical stability. Fluorinated graphite is a solid, structural, non-stoichiometric fluorocarbon empirical formula (CFx)n. The reaction temperature depends on the type of raw material, the design of the reactor, the end use, and the desired degree of fluorination.
Section II: Technical Advantages:
Our company has independently developed an internal circulation process for fluorine gas application in fluorination reactors, utilizing a high-temperature synthesis method (dry process) to produce fluoro-graphite. We have developed a unique automatic control structure for the reactor, which boasts corrosion and heat resistance, as well as the ability to withstand high concentrations of fluorine gas atmosphere. This solves difficult problems in the fluoro-graphite process, making production safer. The products achieve various fluorocarbon ratios with controllable particle sizes, approaching the theoretical fluorocarbon ratio value (1.25); non-graphite fluorocarbons can reach 1.28.
