Level One Cost Estimator Exam Eligibility

Comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, have good business qualities and moral character, and those who meet any of the following conditions may apply to take the first-level cost engineer professional qualification examination:

1. Possess a university associate degree (or higher vocational education) in construction cost engineering, with at least 4 years of experience in construction cost and project management; or hold an associate degree (or higher vocational education) in civil engineering, water conservancy, equipment manufacturing, transportation, electronic information, finance and commerce, with at least 5 years of experience in construction cost and project management.

2. Bachelor's degree in engineering management with cost engineering experience, and at least 3 years of professional work in cost engineering and project management; or a bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or economics with at least 4 years of professional work in cost engineering and project management.
