The safety valve on the screw-type chilled water unit is installed on the condenser and evaporator, both of which are pressure vessels. According to regulations, a safety valve must be mounted on the high-pressure end, i.e., the condenser itself. In case the unit operates under abnormal conditions, the safety valve can automatically relieve pressure to prevent potential harm to individuals from high pressure. Therefore, regular inspection of the safety valve is crucial for the overall safety of the unit. Refrigerant charging: Generally, the unit does not experience significant leaks unless there are special reasons. If there is a certain amount of refrigerant leakage due to improper use or after maintenance, refrigerant needs to be replenished.

Operation Process:
(1) Close the in/out water valves, perform maintenance on the water source heat pump condenser, open the drain valve, and check the closure status of the in/out water valves.
(2) Remove the condenser end cover, take a bit of scale from the copper tube surface, and conduct descaling tests with different concentration ratios of the descaling agent.
(3) Properly connect the cleaning pump according to the low-cost entry and high-cost exit method.
(4) Utilize an external water pump for the maintenance of the water source heat pump condenser; fill the drum with water, and start the cleaning pump to circulate until level.
(5) Gradually add YX-22 descaling agent to the drum in increments. After circulation, rinse repeatedly with tap water until the pH level reaches approximately 7.
(6) Flush the cleaning pump with tap water.
(7) Open the end cap and use the Yaxin Automatic Gun Drilling Machine for gun drilling.
Physical Cleaning

Chiller Cleaning Steps:
1. Close the condenser in-out water valves before separating.
2. Drain a small amount of water from the system.
3. Establish a temporary recirculation system on the condenser's inlet and outlet pipes (you can remove the drain valve, pressure gauge, safety valve, etc., and connect them with hoses to the external recirculation pump).
4. After dissolving the descaling agent, inject it from the lower inlet and extract it from the outlet using a pump. The water source heat pump condenser maintenance quotation includes circulating and soaking for about 3-5 hours, while continuously checking the water inside the tank until no reaction remains and all scale is thoroughly cleaned.
5. Drain the wastewater and rinse with clean water.
6. The condenser end cover can be opened. For the best maintenance of a water source heat pump condenser, use a brush to scrub the inner walls of each condenser copper tube, cleaning off sludge and scale; then use high-pressure water to clean the inner walls of each condenser copper tube, ensuring the copper surface is visible, bright, and free from corrosion.
7. Rinse with clean water and drain the wastewater.
8. Recondition the condenser end cover, restore the recovery system.
9. Allow the补水 agent to circulate in the pre-film agent for 10-20 minutes, soak for about 24 hours, then drain. This will pre-coat the interior walls of the clean condenser copper tubes with a protective film, preventing oxygen corrosion and slowing down scaling.
