To prevent corrosion and extend the service life of the chiller,
Industrial chillers, as technology advances, are increasingly applied in various industrial fields, contributing to industrial production and quality improvement. Just like any mechanical equipment, chillers may encounter issues over time, with corrosion being one of the common phenomena.
To prevent corrosion and extend the lifespan of chillers, this article discusses several causes of chiller corrosion and corresponding measures to prevent it, thereby safeguarding your company's production. Construction and improper planning of installation can lead to corrosion, which some industry professionals may have encountered.

Position the exhaust end cap against the body's exhaust outlet, insert the locating pin, and then tighten the bolts. When installing the exhaust end cap, be cautious not to damage the main bearing bore.
Install adjusting washers, thrust bearings, and secure the thrust bearing inner race on the shaft journal of the rotor using round nuts and anti-loosening lock washers. Install thrust bearings in pairs and pay attention to the installation direction.
Install the rotor bearing cover, repair the Langfang water-source heat pump, and tighten the thrust bearing outer race on the housing. Remove the bolts connecting the exhaust housing to the housing, pull the exhaust housing and rotor out together, repair the Tianjin water-source heat pump, measure the gap between the rotor exhaust face and the exhaust housing, which is the exhaust housing gap. If the gap is unreasonable, adjust the thickness of the adjusting pad. After adjusting the exhaust housing gap, assemble. Once assembled, rotate the driving rotor according to the actual running direction; it should rotate smoothly without any jamming.
