Cast iron platforms are manufactured according to the standard GB/4986-85, available in ribbed plate and box styles, with rectangular working surfaces. The material used is HT200, and the working surface is finished using lapping techniques. V-grooves, T-grooves, U-grooves, circular holes, and long holes can be added to the working surface. Flat plates are used as a plane reference tool for workpiece inspection or marking. The installation of the flat plate should be adjusted for levelness, with the load evenly distributed across all support points. Avoid vibrations when in use at environmental temperatures of (20 ± 5℃).

Cast Iron Platform Application: Used for mechanical and engine power tests, equipment adjustment, featuring good flat stability and toughness. Equipped with T-slot surfaces for securing experimental equipment.

Cast Iron Platform Material: The working surface of the cast iron HT200-300 has a hardness of HB170-240, and after two artificial treatments (artificial annealing at 600-700 degrees Celsius and natural aging for 2-3 years), the accuracy of the product remains stable.

Cast iron platform specifications: 100×100 – 3000×6000 (Assemblies larger than this size can be assembled for use or custom made according to drawings.)

Cast Iron Platform Precision: Executed according to standard metrological inspection procedures, with four grades: 0, 1, 2, and 3.
