It should start with the actual working conditions of the enterprise. The principle of diesel fire pump systems: All equipment should be set to the automatic position under normal operation, with simple and clear operational signs. The working principle of the gas topping pressure equipment: The pump room, underground water pool, and all electromechanical equipment of the fire system are monitored by the equipment and fire personnel, with regular inspections, maintenance, cleaning, and record-keeping. Problems that cannot be resolved should be reported and corrected promptly. Spray pumps: Depending on the type of transmission, spray pumps can be classified into belt drive spray pumps (32PL) and electric spray pumps (32SB180J).

1. The fire pump should be used in a well-ventilated area, which is more conducive to heat dissipation and lowering the motor temperature. Otherwise, prolonged operation can easily damage the motor. Additionally, it is crucial to carefully inspect the water stored in the fire pump before use; otherwise, it not only affects their self-priming performance but also poses a risk of burning out the shaft seal components.

2. Prior to startup, ensure the fire pump can operate normally and check for any jamming issues; verify the impeller's position information is accurate; inspect for any signs of cracking, abrasions, or breaks in the cable wires and cable connection plugs.

When a fire pump malfunctions, it should not be disassembled without professional assistance. Many people do not know where the issue lies, leading to random disassembly, which may also damage the original good components.

During periods of non-use, immediately remove the fire pump from the water source and drain the water from the pump, especially during the cold winter months. Store it in a dry location.
