Established in September 2003, the company is located in the New Energy Vehicle and Key Components Industrial Base in Jiading District, Shanghai, with a registered capital of 51.4832 million RMB and a total area of 33,000 square meters. In July 2018, Yinfetongren (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. was founded with a registered capital of 2 billion RMB, a building area of 69,700 square meters, and is situated at No. 1833 Guangzhou Road, Haimen Economic and Technological Development Zone, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. The new factory was officially completed and put into production in November 2020, enhancing Yinfetongren's delivery capabilities.
