FCJ200 Dust Concentration Meter

I. Overview

The FCJ200 Dust Concentration Meter (hereinafter referred to as the dust meter) is an instrument that uses the principle of laser scattering to measure the concentration of floating dust in the ambient air. Designed according to MT163—1997 "General Technical Conditions for Dust Concentration Meters for Direct Reading" and JJG 846-2015 "Inspection Regulations for Dust Concentration Meters," this instrument meets the international recognized "BMRC" curve requirements for its breathing separation device. It accurately and promptly reflects the mass of inhaled respirable dust by workers and the pollution status of dust in different dust work sites, providing reliable data for accurately evaluating the health condition of work sites. The instrument is suitable for environmental protection, occupational health, enterprises, education, scientific research, labor, and safety supervision departments for monitoring and other work sites with explosive gas hazards. The instrument is portable, with a compact structure, simple operation, automatic timed sampling, full Chinese LCD display, and easy to carry.

Select the appropriate quality concentration conversion coefficient K value for each type of dust on-site, which is used to convert the dust mass concentration during measurement.

Connect via USB to a computer, where the instrument's software can automatically generate a list and curve of measurement data (dust concentration, temperature, humidity).

Comes with an 8GB memory card for real-time viewing of historical data.
