1. Overview

The CCJ1000S Dust Concentration Meter (hereinafter referred to as the Dust Meter) is an instrument that utilizes the principle of laser scattering to measure the concentration of suspended dust in ambient air. Designed according to MT/T163—2019 "General Technical Conditions for Dust Concentration Meters with Direct Reading," Q/320582YLA004-2021 "CCJ1000S Dust Concentration Meter" corporate standards, and GB3836.4-2010 standard at Exib I Mb level (intrinsically safe), this dust concentration meter meets the separation efficiency requirements of the internationally recognized "BMRC" curve. It accurately and promptly reflects the mass of inhaled respirable dust by workers and the pollution status of dust in different dust work environments, providing reliable data for accurately evaluating the hygienic conditions of work sites. The instrument is suitable for monitoring and use by departments such as environmental protection, occupational health, enterprises, education, scientific research, labor, and safety supervision, as well as other work environments with explosive gas hazards. The instrument is portable, compact in structure, easy to operate, features automatic timing sampling, full Chinese LCD display, and is convenient to carry.
