2、 One-touch seal integrity testPressure adjustment during airtightness testing500 Pa, press "OK" to confirm. The instrument records the pressure value automatically every minute, logging 5 values, and can be compared against the standard limits.
3、 "Triple-button liquid resistance testing"During liquid resistance testing, adjust the flow rate to18L/Min, press "OK" to confirm. The instrument will automatically record the pressure value at this moment, no personnel needed for recording. Simply adjust the flow to 28L/Min and 38L/Min, then press "OK" again to complete the liquid resistance test.
4、 "Calculator-Free" Gas/Liquid Ratio DetectionDuring gas-liquid ratio testing, simply input the oil quantity via the keyboard to display the gas-liquid ratio, which will be automatically recorded for printing.
5、 Data transmission via tablet computersUpon completion of the inspection, connect the equipment to the tablet computer configured in the control room of the gas station. The output file can include information such as gas station name, station number, test time, number of pumps, nozzle types, quantities, and the fuel tank level, as well as test data files for tightness, liquid resistance, and liquid-gas ratio.
