On Monday, non-ferrous metal prices rebounded, with cobalt showing the largest increase.

On Monday, prices of certain non-ferrous metals rebounded, with cobalt seeing the biggest increase.


 


The cobalt price at the London Metal Exchange briefly surged 7%, but closed at $63,872 per ton, up 3.6%.


 


Lead closed at $2,110.50 per ton, up 1.33%. Copper closed at $6,123.25 per ton, down 0.6%. Zinc closed at $2,469.50 per ton, down 3.16%. Nickel closed at $13,455 per ton, down 2.05%. Tin closed at $19,395 per ton, down 0.53%.


 


The Metal Bulletin reported that the price of iron ore fines remained flat at $68.71 per ton, standing at 62%.


 


WTI crude oil closed at $67.20 per barrel, down 0.64%. Uranium (U3O8) closed at $26.10 per pound, unchanged.


 


The Comex gold price closed at $1,201.3 per ounce, up 0.2%.
