The camouflage webbing is made with Oxford polyester reinforced yarn as the base fabric, which undergoes dyeing and printing, water washing, and antibacterial and anti-mold treatment. The coating includes infrared-blocking and anti-ultraviolet treatments, followed by an environmentally friendly PU waterproof finish. Different camouflage patterns are customized according to market demands, and the webbing is shaped through processes like cutting and binding. This webbing is made to strict standards: the warp yarn strength is 210D-420D polyester with a break strength of 900-1200 newtons, and the weft yarn strength is 210D-400D polyester with a break strength of 1000-1400 newtons. It has a lightfastness of ≥4 levels, flame retardant effect of 5 levels (self-extinguishing in 3 seconds), dry friction resistance of ≥5 levels, and wet friction resistance of ≥4 levels. Its advantages are: cost-effective, lightweight, suitable for military training camouflage, civilian decoration, sunshade, birdwatching, and other camouflage applications.
