Diaphragm Filter Press: A filter press is an intermittent separation machine for fine suspended particles, suitable for separating low-concentration suspensions as well as those with high viscosity or near-saturation states, making it an ideal equipment for solid-liquid separation.
The Box Filter Press is a type of pressure filter without a filter frame. After being clamped, the space formed between the two adjacent filter plates serves as the filter chamber. This machine operates at a high pressure and is suitable for difficult-to-filter materials, primarily used for clarification of liquid phases containing trace amounts of solid impurities. Both the clamping and releasing of the pressure plate are hydraulically operated, featuring a simple structure and ease of use, making it widely applied in industries such as chemicals, petrochemicals, metallurgy, dyeing, food, and environmental protection.
The filter plate is made by enhanced poly (glass fiber modified) thermoplastic molding, offering high strength, light weight, odorless, and resistance to acidic, alkaline, and saline solutions.
Utilizing duplex hydraulic cylinders, the hydraulic clamping ensures a clamping plate stroke of 650 to 700mm, making unloading easy and operation simple, with high reliability and no cylinder topping issue.
The filter plate cavity design is advanced and reliable, with no dropout or frame detachment issues, and boasts a long service life.
The channel design is unique, offering rapid filtration speeds, reducing production cycles, and achieving high yields.
