Sandblasting equipment is a mechanical processing method that uses compressed air as power to form a high-speed jet beam, which rapidly sprays abrasive material onto the surface of the workpiece to be treated. Sandblasting process:
Raw material pretreatment.
Remove rust and oil污, ensuring the base material surface remains dry.
Select an appropriate abrasive medium based on the material and size of the workpiece being ground.

2. Sandblasting treatment.
Using compressed air to deliver abrasives through pipes to the surface of the workpiece to be treated, they are accelerated and atomized in the high-pressure airflow, entering the work surface along with the air stream; once a certain pressure is reached, they are discharged out through the exhaust pipe and expelled from the machine.

(3) Utilize appropriate spray gun structure and parameters to achieve uniform and consistent coating on the workpiece surface.
Ensure adequate paint volume and air pressure flow during the spraying process to maintain uniform and consistent coating thickness.
After the coating has fully cured, the work surface can be cleaned or the part can be removed to retrieve the finished product.
(6) For special properties such as corrosion and rust prevention, appropriate pre-treatment can be conducted before coating or a secondary coating can be applied after painting to achieve the desired effect.
