1. After the dao nut is tightened with the draw nut, simply loosen the top screw of the draw nut to remove the dao.

2. Spring Loading and Unloading Method and Direction:

Unpack the丸dao, using a spanner to secure the dao shaft, observe that the thread on the right side of the shaft is right-hand threaded, while the left side features a left-hand thread. After removing the bolts from the法兰 seat on the dao shaft, unscrew the blade shaft, then pull it forward. This will allow the法兰 seat, gear housing blade shaft, and spring to be removed simultaneously. The gear housing can be rotated for interchangeable springs (left side is left-hand threaded spring, right side is right-hand threaded spring).

3. Guide Key Removal and Installation Direction:

After removing the flange seat, the compression spring pulls the gear housing forward.At 10mm distance, remove the guide key. Do not withdraw it along with the gear housing to prevent the guide key from getting stuck in the retraction groove of the blade shaft slot.
