II. Product Introduction

                                              

       The BG-LED-AAA series LED solar simulator is an ideal solar light source for scientific research and industrial battery preparation. The LED solar simulator uses LEDs covering wavelengths from 350nm to 1100nm as the light source, which, after spectral fitting, mixing, and averaging, forms a solar simulator that meets 3A grade requirements.

LED, short for Light Emitting Diode, is a semiconductor device that emits light when an electric current passes through it. Electrons in the semiconductor recombine with electron holes, releasing energy as photons. Using LEDs as light sources for simulating sunlight offers the following advantages.

Due to the inherent long lifespan of LED technology, combined with excellent heat dissipation design and temperature control algorithms, the lifespan of LED light sources can reach up to 10,000 hours.

• In compliance with the IEC60904-9-2020 standard, the A+ grade spectral range is 0.875~1.125. The actual measured data for the LS-LED series is 0.964~1.02, significantly exceeding the A+ grade standard.

• The LED output spectrum is related not only to the inherent characteristics of the device but also to the working current and temperature.
