Quick-hard cement is an abbreviation for "rapid-hardening silicate cement." It is a hydraulically binding material that exhibits a rapid increase in early strength. It contains more tricalcium silicate and tetracalcium aluminum oxide than regular cement, with properties such as quick setting and high early strength. The initial setting time for quick-hard cement must not be earlier than 45 minutes, and the final setting time must not be later than 10 hours. It is primarily used for emergency repair projects, military engineering, prestressed reinforced concrete components, and the preparation of dry concrete.
