Principle of Operation and Dosage:
Active foaming agent reacts with cement slurry to produce gas, causing an increase in the apparent volume of cement and mortar. It can be used to configure compensating shrinkage concrete, self-compacting concrete, with a free expansion rate of 0.02%~0.06%, self-pressure value of 0.2~0.6MPa, and an increase in compressive strength of 10%~30%, as well as a 2~3-fold improvement in impermeability. This product is widely used in various industrial and civil construction applications for waterproofing, expansive concrete, mortar, and cement products, enabling the concrete to expand slightly, thereby reducing the amount of cement in concrete and mortar. The dosage is 2%~4% of the cement amount.
