Principle of Operation and Dosage:
Active foaming agent reacts with cement slurry to produce gas, causing an increase in the apparent volume of cement and mortar. It can be used to prepare compensating shrinkage concrete, self-compacting concrete, with a free expansion rate of 0.02%~0.06% and self-stress values of 0.2~0.6MPa, enhancing compressive strength by 10%~30% and impermeability by 2~3 times. This product is widely applicable in various industrial and residential buildings for waterproofing, expansive concrete, mortar, and cement products, enabling a certain degree of volume expansion in concrete, reducing the amount of cement in concrete and mortar. The dosage is 2%~4% of the cement用量.
