Mechanism of action and dosage:
Active expansion agents react with cement slurry to produce gas, causing an increase in the apparent volume of cement and mortar. They are used to configure compensating shrinkage concrete, self-compacting concrete, with a free expansion rate of 0.02%~0.06% and self-compacting stress of 0.2~0.6MPa, enhancing compressive strength by 10%~30% and impermeability by 2~3 times. This product is widely applicable in various industrial and civil constructions for waterproofing, expansion concrete, mortar, and cement products, enabling a certain volume expansion of concrete, thus reducing the amount of cement in concrete and mortar. The dosage is 2%~4% of the cement amount.
