Principle of operation and dosage:
Active foaming agent reacts with cement slurry to produce gas, causing an increase in the apparent volume of cement and mortar. It can be used to formulate compensating shrinkage concrete, self-compacting concrete, with a free expansion rate of 0.02%~0.06%, self-compacting value of 0.2~0.6MPa, and an increase in compressive strength by 10%~30%, and impermeability by 2~3 times. This product is widely used in various industrial and residential buildings for waterproofing, expansive concrete, mortar, and cement products, enabling the concrete to expand slightly, thereby reducing the amount of cement in the concrete and mortar. The dosage is 2%~4% of the cement用量.
