Principle of Operation and Dosage:
Active foaming agent reacts with cement slurry to produce gas, causing an increase in the apparent volume of cement and mortar. It can be used to formulate compensating shrinkage concrete, self-compacting concrete, with a free expansion rate of 0.02%~0.06% and self-pressure values of 0.2~0.6MPa, improving compressive strength by 10%~30% and impermeability by 2~3 times. This product is widely used in industrial and residential construction for waterproofing, expansive concrete, mortar, and cement products, enabling a certain degree of volume expansion in concrete, thereby reducing the amount of cement in concrete and mortar. The dosage is 2%~4% of the cement content.
