Principle of Operation and Dosage:
Active foaming agent reacts with cement slurry to produce gas, causing an increase in the apparent volume of cement and mortar. It can be used to configure compensating shrinkage concrete, self-compacting concrete, with a free expansion rate of 0.02%~0.06%, self-stress value of 0.2~0.6MPa, compressive strength improvement of 10%~30%, and impermeability increased by 2~3 times. Widely applicable in various industrial and civil construction for waterproofing, expansive concrete, mortar, and cement products, it can induce a certain volume expansion in concrete, reducing the cement content in concrete and mortar. The dosage is 2%~4% of the cement amount.
