Principle of Operation and Dosage:
Active expansion agents react with cement slurry to generate gas, causing an increase in the apparent volume of cement and mortar. They can be used to produce shrinkage-compensating concrete, self-compacting concrete, with a free expansion rate of 0.02%~0.06%, and a self-compacting value of 0.2~0.6MPa. This results in a 10%~30% increase in compressive strength and a 2~3-fold improvement in impermeability. Suitable for waterproofing, expansive concrete, mortar, and cement products in various industrial and residential buildings, it allows concrete to expand slightly, reducing the amount of cement in concrete and mortar. The dosage is 2%~4% of the cement content.
