Principle of Operation and Dosage:
Active foaming agent reacts with cement slurry to generate gas, causing an increase in the apparent volume of cement and mortar. It can be used to produce compensating shrinkage concrete, self-compacting concrete, with a free expansion rate of 0.02%~0.06%, self-stress value of 0.2~0.6MPa, compressive strength increased by 10%~30%, and impermeability improved by 2~3 times. Widely applicable in industrial and civil construction for waterproofing, foamed concrete, mortar, and cement products, it allows for a certain degree of volume expansion in concrete, reducing the amount of cement used in concrete and mortar. The dosage is 2%~4% of the cement amount.
Primary Uses:
1. Underground structures such as underground parking lots, warehouses, tunnels, mines, anti-aircraft shelters, pedestrian walkways, furnaces, and subway systems.
2. Constructing reservoirs, swimming pool water towers, storage tanks, large containers, grain silos, oil tanks, and storage caves within caverns.
