Principle of Operation and Dosage:
Active foaming agent reacts with cement slurry to produce gas, causing an increase in the apparent volume of cement and mortar. It is suitable for preparing shrinkage-compensating concrete, self-compacting concrete, with a free expansion rate of 0.02%~0.06%, self-pressure value of 0.2~0.6MPa, compressive strength increased by 10%~30%, and impermeability improved by 2~3 times. Widely used in waterproofing, expanded concrete, mortar, and cement products in various industrial and civil construction applications. It allows concrete to expand slightly, reducing the amount of cement used in concrete and mortar. Dosage is 2%~4% of cement content.
