Principle of operation and dosage:
Active foaming agent reacts with cement slurry to produce gas, causing an increase in the apparent volume of cement and mortar. It can be used to prepare shrinkage-compensating concrete, self-compacting concrete, with a free expansion rate of 0.02%~0.06% and self-pressure values of 0.2~0.6MPa, improving compressive strength by 10%~30% and impermeability by 2~3 times. This product is widely used in industrial and residential construction for waterproofing, expansive concrete, mortar, and cement products, enabling a certain degree of volume expansion in concrete, thereby reducing the amount of cement in concrete and mortar. The dosage is 2%~4% of the cement content.
