Principle of Operation and Dosage:
Active foaming agent can react with cement slurry, generating gas to increase the apparent volume of cement and mortar. It is suitable for preparing shrinkage-compensating concrete, self-compacting concrete, with a free expansion rate of 0.02%~0.06%, self-compacting value of 0.2~0.6MPa, and compressive strength increased by 10%~30%, and impermeability enhanced by 2~3 times. This product is widely used in industrial and civil construction for waterproofing, foamed concrete, mortar, and cement products, enabling the concrete to undergo a certain degree of volume expansion and reduce the amount of cement in concrete and mortar. The dosage is 2%~4% of the cement用量.
