Principle of Operation and Dosage:
Active expander can react with cement slurry, producing gas to increase the apparent volume of cement and mortar. It can be used to make compensating shrinkage concrete, self-compacting concrete, with a free expansion rate of 0.02%~0.06%, self-stress value of 0.2~0.6MPa, compressive strength increased by 10%~30%, and impermeability improved by 2~3 times. Widely applicable in various industrial and residential building waterproofing, expanded concrete, mortar, and cement products, it can induce a certain volume expansion in concrete, reducing the amount of cement in concrete and mortar. Dosage is 2%~4% of cement usage.
