Pseudo Boehmite: Also known as hydrated alumina and pseudo-monohydroxy alumina. Shandong Baer Chemical's macroporous pseudoboehmite wet product is white in gel form, while the dry product is a white powder. It features uniform pore distribution, high porosity, and excellent water absorption. The radial purity is high, with good molding properties and characteristics of thixotropic gels. This product has good dispersion, easily dissolves in strong acid and alkali solutions, exhibits excellent molding properties, and becomes highly active alumina after low-temperature calcination and dehydration.

Primary Uses: This product is primarily used as a catalyst carrier—raw material for active alumina, such as for hydrogenation catalysts and as a carrier for manufacturing hydrogenation catalysts and oxygen-chlorination catalyst carriers. It can also be used as a binder for forming molecular sieve and silicate refractory fiber products, such as a binder for semi-synthetic rare earth Y-type molecular sieve cracking catalysts. This product serves as an excellent raw material for various aluminum salts, and after molding and processing, can be used as desiccants, adsorbents, and catalyst carriers in different shapes.
