The 5A molecular sieve can adsorb any molecule smaller than its pore size. In addition to the benefits of the 3A and 4A molecular sieves, it can also adsorb n-C3-C4 alkanes, chloroethane, bromoethane, butanol, and more. It is applicable in the separation of normal and isomeric hydrocarbons, pressure swing adsorption separation, and the co-adsorption of water and carbon dioxide.

Application Fields:

Remove water, carbon dioxide, and hydrogen sulfide from various gas streams (including hydrocarbons); also suitable for batch separation of straight-chain or branched hydrocarbons.
