I. Terms of Use
The DRB-L series electric grease pump is suitable for double-line centralized grease lubrication systems with numerous lubrication points, wide distribution, and high oil supply frequency. It delivers grease to the lubrication points through a double-line distributor, meeting the needs of various machinery and equipment, particularly suitable for large-scale units and production lines.
This series of electric grease pumps can be configured to form a double-line looped centralized lubrication system, where the main pipeline of the system is arranged in a loop. The hydraulic directional valve is controlled by the system pressure returning to the main pipeline end of the grease pump, allowing the two main pipelines to alternately supply grease. Refer to the specifications in the external dimensions table. It can also be set up as a double-line terminal centralized lubrication system, where the pressure at the end of the main pipeline operates the solenoid directional valve, alternately supplying grease through the two main pipelines. This series of electric lubrication pumps utilizes a double plunger mechanism for reliable operation. The reduction gear is housed within the pump body, offering a compact structure with a small footprint. Equipped with the corresponding electric control box, it can achieve automatic control.
Two,Operating Principle
This series of electric lubrication pumps consists of components such as plunger pumps, oil reservoirs, directional valves, and electric motors. Driven by the electric motor, the plunger pump吸取 lubricating grease from the oil reservoir and pressurizes it to the directional valve. The directional valve alternately releases the grease, delivering it to one outlet while the other outlet connects to the oil reservoir for unloading.
The annular structure electric lubrication pump is paired with a hydraulic directional valve, featuring four ports. It is connected to two supply pipes and a return pipe that is fed back from the supply pipes. The directional valve is actuated by the oil pressure within the return pipe.
Terminal-type structure electric lubrication pump equipped with an electromagnetic directional valve, featuring two interfaces and external connection to two main supply pipes. It relies on the electromagnetic coil's on-off power to achieve directional oil supply.
Section 3: Instructions for Use
1. This series of electric lubrication pumps should be installed in an environment with suitable temperature, low dust, minimal vibration, and easy access for adjustment, inspection, maintenance, and lubrication replenishment. It is also recommended to position them as close to the system's center as possible to minimize pipeline length, maintain low pressure drop, and ensure the pump generates sufficient pressure to overcome the resistance at the lubrication points.
Prior to use, please add N220 industrial gear oil to the deceleration chamber of the plunger pump to the level indicated by the oil gauge.
3. Refill the oil tank with lubricant using the DJB-V1.1 electric oil pump, filling from the lubricant replenishment port. The lubricant used should be clean and free of any contaminants.
4. The lubrication pump rotates in one direction only; it must be connected according to the rotation direction marked on the motor.
5. The standard setting pressure for the pump overflow valve is 23MPa, which can be adjusted freely within the range of 0~20MPa. It is not allowed to exceed the pump's nominal pressure (20MPa) during operation.
6. The hydraulic directional valve of the annular lubrication pump is set at 5 MPa.
7. This series of electric lubrication pumps is designed for indoor installation. When used outdoors or in harsh environments, protective measures must be taken.
