I. Overview
Suitable for centralized lubrication systems using dry oil, this product fills grease into the reservoir of an electric lubrication pump. The pump is without a storage tank and can be directly placed on a 200L oil drum. It operates independently and, when connected to the appropriate electric control unit, can automatically replenish the lubrication system. The pump is an internally mounted plunger positive displacement pump, equipped with a pressure-regulating safety valve, providing overload protection.
2. Operation Description
The motor, vertically mounted, is driven by a worm gear, which in turn rotates the worm. An eccentric shaft is mounted on the worm gear end face, driving the plunger to move up and down through a crank and connecting rod mechanism. The suction and pressure oil process is completed by the internal piston and pipe cap's one-way valve, and the oil is then conveyed outward through an oil delivery hose.
Section 3: Instructions for Use
1. Suggest wiring rotation according to the arrow direction.
2. The lubricating grease used must be clean and uniform in texture, within the specified brand range.
3. Prior to first use, lubricant (N220) should be added to the reducer until the oil level reaches the specified mark.
After the first start of the fuel pump, the vent valve should be opened first, then closed after the oil is flowing normally.
Do not operate the drum without oil.
