A lubricating pump is a lubrication device that provides lubricant to the parts that require lubrication. Machines need regular lubrication. In the past, the main method of lubrication was to manually apply it after a certain maintenance cycle based on the equipment's operational condition. The lubricating pump makes this maintenance easier. Lubricating pumps are divided into manual lubricating pumps and electric lubricating pumps.

In centralized lubrication systems, the use of electric lubrication pumps is necessary. During the operation of electric lubrication pumps, particularly in cold northern regions, winter temperatures often plummet to below freezing. The low temperatures reduce the fluidity of many lubricants, significantly impacting the oil suction efficiency of the pumps and the lubrication effectiveness of the lubricants. This not only causes damage to equipment but also poses great inconvenience to workers.

To address the aforementioned issues in the background technology, our technicians have provided a frost-resistant electric lubrication pump. In order to achieve this, the electric lubrication pump employs the following technical solution: a frost-resistant electric lubrication pump, which includes a base, an oil tank, a cover, a heating ring, a pump body, and a motor, where the pump body is fixed to the base and connected to the motor; the pump body also features an oil outlet. The top of the oil tank is equipped with a cover, which can be opened and closed via hinges, and the cover has an oil inlet. The bottom of the cover is fixed with a support rod, the bottom end of which is attached to a heating ring. Insulation is provided on the outer wall of the oil tank and the top surface of the cover. The tank and the cover are fixedly connected through a locking mechanism, and a filter is installed between the oil outlet at the bottom of the oil tank and the oil inlet of the pump body.

The electric lubrication pump locking mechanism includes a rectangular slider, the second support rod, a slot, a clamp, and a screw. The cover features a rectangular cavity, with the screw rotatably mounted within. The rectangular slider, horizontally set within the rectangular cavity, is threadedly connected and mounted on the screw. The second support rod is fixed at the bottom of the rectangular slider, while the clamp is fixed at the bottom of the second support rod. The slot, mating with the clamp, is fixed and welded to the outer wall of the top of the base side panel. The outer end of the screw is fitted with an adjustment handwheel, and four casters are located at the corners of the base's underside. To prevent the lubrication pump from sliding or tilting, an electric push rod is set at the bottom left corner of the base, designed to move the friction block up and down. By pushing the friction block downward to contact the casters, it limits their rotation, thereby maintaining the stability of the lubrication pump. Additionally, a vertical push rod is fixed to the upper surface of the left end of the base, with a handle at its top.

Compared to existing technologies, the aforementioned electric lubrication pump offers the following beneficial effects: It heats the oil in the storage tank through a heating ring, enhancing the pump's cold resistance with the help of an insulation layer. Moreover, the pump can be operated by turning a handwheel to rotate the screw, adjusting the position of the rectangular slider within the rectangular cavity based on the screw's rotation direction, thereby locking and securing the cover plate. Additionally, with the coordination of the handle, casters, electric push rods, and friction blocks, the movement of the lubrication pump is made convenient, time-saving, and effortless.
