Lubrication at oil stations is crucial when two closely contacting objects move relative to each other, as they experience frictional resistance, leading to wear. As mechanical components transition from a stable wear stage to a severe wear stage, the rate of wear increases dramatically, resulting in decreased mechanical efficiency, increased power and lubricant loss, abnormal noise and vibration, rapid rise in the temperature of the frictional pair, and ultimately, component failure. Lubrication is essential for extending the lifespan of machinery by forming a lubricating film between the friction surfaces, reducing frictional resistance and wear, extending the stable wear stage, and thereby prolonging the service life of the equipment.

Rare Oil StationThe heart of the circulating oil lubrication system, it forcibly delivers lubricant to the machine's friction points. It forms an oil film between the moving parts to reduce friction and wear. Simultaneously, it cleans the friction points, removing heat generated by friction, ensuring smooth machine operation and extending the machine's lifespan.

     Oily StationAn oil recycling lubrication system for machinery, comprising oil stations, gauges, and electrical control boxes, primarily used in metallurgy, mining, forging, power, light industry, cement, and port equipment. Typically installed in underground oil tanks or pits near the machinery.

Low-pressureRare Oil StationThe system is primarily composed of a fuel tank (with an internal magnetic mesh filter), a low-pressure fuel pump assembly, check valves, a dual-network filter, a plate-type cooler (tubular cooler), valves, an automatic cut-off electric heater, a thermometer, a pressure gauge, a pressure controller, an oil level gauge (for observation), and high (low) oil level alarms.

The primary function is to store oil, as well as dissipate heat and settle impurities within the oil.

(2) Heater

Heating the oil in the tank. The electric heater automatically heats the oil when the tank's oil temperature falls below the set lower limit; it will automatically stop working when the oil temperature reaches the normal set value.

(3) Two oil pump units (normal)

      Oily StationCommon pump sets include screw pumps and gear pumps: the oil station has two pumps with the same flow and pressure, one serving as the main oil pump and the other as the standby pump. Under normal operation, the system oil station only needs to start one pump to meet the entire unit's requirements. The other standby pump is always ready for operation.

(4) The dual-network filter is positioned before the plate-type cooler (tubular heat exchanger). The oil-passing capacity of the filter is related to its viscosity; high viscosity results in poor passing capacity, while low viscosity ensures good passing capacity. At higher temperatures, viscosity decreases, leading to better passing and improved filtration. This objective can be achieved by filtering first and then cooling.

(5) The heat generated by the continuous operation of the plate-type cooler (tubular cooler) is carried away and stored by the lubricating oil. When the lubricating oil passes through the cooler, the stored heat is removed by the cooling water, ensuring that the oil temperature is controlled within the temperature range under the equipment's operating conditions.
