How to Manage and Maintain Lubrication Equipment? Manufacturers Offer Insights!

Professional inspection and maintenance personnel training.

1) The team is relatively stable, which facilitates a deep understanding of the equipment, familiarizing ourselves with its operational parameters and characteristic states.

2) Combining theory with on-site practice, detailed training was conducted for maintenance personnel across regions on equipment functions, parameters, and key components. This enables them to proactively and systematically carry out routine inspections, promptly identifying potential equipment issues.

3) Troubleshooting in production practice, training on the methods and steps for handling common hydraulic lubrication faults, and cultivating and enhancing the analytical and problem-solving abilities of maintenance personnel.

Establish professional management measures and regulations.

1) Refine the inspection routes, positions, and standards for each hydraulic lubrication equipment, print them, and affix them to each system's equipment. This allows inspectors to clearly see the items during their rounds, preventing missed inspections and unclear standards.

2) Established regulations for oil sample collection, backup pump oil extraction management, startup and shutdown management of the oil-gas lubrication system, and oil level control instructions for the hydraulic lubrication system. Subsequently, standardized and supervised the implementation of the special operation.

Establish an emergency response plan for hydraulic lubrication equipment operations to address the urgent operation of abnormal equipment, preventing major safety accidents from occurring.

Enhance oil product management.

1) When a filter core differential pressure alarm is triggered, regularly replace the filter cores, follow standard operating procedures, and avoid oil contamination.

2) Properly controlling the oil level significantly impacts the lifespan of hydraulic lubrication equipment and the quality of the system oil. Therefore, marking the working range on the oil level gauges of all hydraulic lubrication equipment tanks, combined with automatic control, can prevent extensive oil leakage while ensuring the longevity of components and oil quality. When the oil level reaches the marked refueling level, inspectors should confirm the specifications of the oil and refuel using a refueling truck. The oil hoses immersed in oil tanks and barrels should be cleaned to reduce oil contamination.

3) Regularly collect and test samples from operating hydraulic lubrication equipment using sampling bottles and fixed sampling pipelines at designated sampling points. This accurately reflects the oil quality and helps maintain a record of oil samples for each piece of equipment, ensuring an understanding of their oil conditions.

4) The equipment's oil tank should be cleaned after each annual overhaul, and the oil should be circulated and filtered more intensively after refilling to ensure the quality of the oil.

5) Continuously strengthen the oil quality awareness among maintenance staff. Each time dealing with oil leaks, replacing filters, or valve cores, attention must be given to standardized and clean operations, ensuring the consciousness of improving oil quality is deeply ingrained.

6) Keep detailed records, including filter element replacements and oil tank oil sample results, to track filter consumption and engine oil consumption metrics.

Section 4: Improvements in spare parts management.

1) Spare parts are centrally categorized and stored by the manufacturer for easy retrieval, inventory management, and usage.

2) Maintain detailed records of spare parts inventory, promptly document stock in and out situations, and update inventory.

3) Based on inventory details, ensure timely and reasonable replenishment of spare parts while avoiding excessive capital occupation.

4) Due to the high usage of proportional servo valves on Tanggang Section's production line, a regular cleaning and inspection system for these valves has been established to reduce spare parts storage. This system involves rotating the components used on the inspection line, ensuring timely monitoring of their operational status. As a result, the occurrence of malfunctions has been significantly reduced, guaranteeing the stable operation of hydraulic lubrication equipment.
