When the centrifugal fan housing reaches the normal speed ratio, it is essential to accurately measure the electric current input to ensure it is normal. The electric current of the centrifugal fan housing must not exceed its rated voltage. If the electric current exceeds the rated voltage, check if the working voltage displayed is normal.

3. The medium-efficiency exhaust fan housing allows for motor rated power startup or reduced-voltage electric startup. The electric current during motor rated power startup is approximately 5-7 times the rated voltage. The torque of reduced-voltage startup is positively correlated with the square of the working voltage. When the power grid volume is poor, it is advisable to choose reduced-voltage startup.

4. During the trial operation of the single-speed medium-efficiency exhaust fan box, start the low-speed gear first and check if the rotational imbalance is accurate; when starting the high-speed, wait for the centrifugal fan to stop before proceeding to prevent high-speed reverse rotation, which may cause the circuit breaker to trip and damage the motor.
