Design and Construction of Wind-Resistant Dust Control Mesh
(1) Dustproof Net Underground Foundation: Constructed from precast concrete blocks or cast-in-place underground foundations.
(2) Windbreak Net Support Structure: The engineering design is based on wind speed and wind force parameters. Steel support frames are used for reinforcement, primarily providing sufficient strength for the "windbreak dust suppression wall" to withstand strong wind damage, with aesthetics also being considered. The main support structure is made of steel pipes, and reinforced concrete pillars are used as the support for the "windbreak dust suppression wall."
(3) Wind Deflector Installation: Expected lifespan of 15 to 20 years. Operating temperature range: -40°C to +80°C, secured with screws and clamps. The specific dimensions, bend radius, and perforation rate of the wind deflector should be designed according to the actual conditions of the storage yard.
To prevent the overflow of coal slurry water after rain or snow, a retaining wall made of soil bricks, 1.2 to 1.5 meters in height, can be set at the bottom of the windbreak wall.
