XPS Extrusion Insulation Board Production Line (CO2 Foaming Technology)

Features an excellent closed-cell honeycomb structure and is widely recognized as an insulating material in the market. It is produced by extruding foam through molds from recycled EPS polystyrene granulate, followed by shaping, drawing, and cutting. It has a lower density, water absorption rate, thermal conductivity, and steam permeability coefficient compared to other types of board-like insulating materials. As a result, it boasts good strength, light weight, impermeability, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, and low cost, and is extensively used in roof insulation and heat preservation systems; for the insulation of walls inside and outside cold storage, barracks, grain storage, and civil buildings; in ground construction for airport runways, squares, and other similar projects; in civil engineering for highways and railways; and in partition systems of apartments, office buildings, factories, and other structures.

XPS equipment includes both single-screw co-axial extruders and bidirectional parallel double co-axial single-screw extruders. Available specifications are Ø135/Ø150 single screw extruder co-axial and Ø75/Ø150 bidirectional parallel double co-axial single-screw extruder. The bidirectional twin-screw extruder, with its excellent mixing efficiency, can process formulations composed of numerous components.
