PS Foam Frame Profile Production Line

YF Series PS Foam Profile Extrusion Production Line, primarily includes a single screw main extruder and matching co-extruder, cooling water tank, hot transfer printing unit, puller, cutting machine, and flipper frame. The entire line is equipped with imported ABB AC variable frequency drives and RKC temperature and pressure gauges, among other components, featuring excellent plasticization, high output, and reliable operation. The hot transfer printing unit is an improved design based on an imported prototype, mainly using heat transfer printing to apply coatings from a color tape onto the foam PS profile. The machine boasts an attractive appearance, reliable performance, ease of use, exquisite transfer printing, and strong adhesion. The adjustable handwheel allows for printing on various shapes of profiles. This equipment is mainly used with plastic extruders, pullers, cutting machines, and is a new type of auxiliary equipment developed in the plastic machinery industry.
