Typical Applications: EVOH material boasts excellent barrier properties. When co-extruded with materials such as PP, PE, PA, and PETG, it can be processed into high-barrier, lightweight packaging materials with 5, 7, or 9 layers. These are primarily used in sterile packaging, jelly drink packaging, dairy product packaging, and cold fresh fish and meat product packaging. In non-food applications, it is utilized for pharmaceutical packaging and packaging of volatile solvents, where its superior barrier performance extends the shelf life of products.
