PVB-SGP interlayer production line

Typical Applications of PVB Film: Composite glass made from PVB sheets can absorb impact energy without shattering into pieces. It is widely used in automotive laminated glass, bulletproof glass, sound-insulating glass, photovoltaic glass, colored glass, and more. In addition to its safety features, it also offers excellent properties such as UV protection, sound insulation, light control, thermal insulation, shock resistance, and more, making it an ideal composite material for safety glass.

SGP Interlayer Film (Ionic Intermediate Film): The shear modulus of SGP interlayer film is over 50 times that of PVB, the tear strength is 5 times that of PVB, and the load-bearing capacity is twice that of PVB laminated glass. Under equal load and the same thickness, the bending of SGP laminated glass is only 1/4 of PVB laminated glass. Compared to the laminated glass produced with PVB, the performance of the laminated glass produced with SGP interlayer film is superior. Typical Applications: Ceiling glass, structural glass buildings, glass walkways, high-rise exterior walls, glass curtain walls, etc.
