Dynamic and Static Fatigue Test Machine I. Uniaxial tensile and compressive testing U-Notched Tensile Fracture Extension Test A closed-loop servo control system, composed of electrical controllers, servo valves, load sensors, displacement sensors, extensometers, and computers, can automatically control the testing process and measure test parameters such as force, displacement, deformation, torque, and angle. The testing machine can generate waveforms such as sine wave, triangular wave, square wave, sawtooth wave, inverse sawtooth wave, and pulse wave, and can conduct mechanical tests like tension, compression, bending, low-cycle and high-cycle fatigue. It can also be equipped with an environmental testing device for simulating tests under various temperatures. The testing machine operates flexibly and conveniently, with the lifting, locking, and specimen clamping of the moving beam all controlled by buttons. It utilizes hydraulic servo drive technology for loading, a high-precision dynamic load sensor, and a high-resolution magnetostrictive displacement sensor to measure the force and displacement of the specimen. The fully digital measurement and control system achieves force, deformation, and displacement PID control, allowing for smooth transitions between controls. The testing software operates in the Chinese version of Windows XP/Win7, boasts powerful data processing capabilities, automatically saves test conditions and results, and provides display and printing functions.
