Steering wheel fatigue tester Section 1:DesignPursuant to The design meets the requirements of the "Force Deformation Test" as stipulated in Article 2.3 of the "China National Standard for Automotive Industry" QC/T563-1999. The machine is capable of performing the "steering wheel static torsion characteristic test, static bending strength test, alternating torsion and alternating bending durability test" as specified in the standard. ThreeTechnical Performance Features The main unit features a contemporary fatigue tester's popular double-column gate frame structure, offering good rigidity, compact design, simple appearance, and fine processing. The two columns are heat treated and then finished with a hard chrome plating and polishing process, offering high hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. The connecting rod and workbench are joined using bolt clamping technology, which makes the installation holes easy to locate. They are simultaneously machined with the locking holes of the moving beam, ensuring the coaxial alignment of the centerlines of the two components. High-strength moving beams are hydraulically lifted and lowered throughout the process by high-quality engineering cylinders, and are interlocked with locking cylinders for easy movement, precise positioning, and reliable locking. Servo oil sources are now serialized, allowing users to select according to the characteristics of the test frequency and amplitude (displacement) requirements.
