I. Product Introduction

AN-FB-200 Microcomputer-Controlled Electronic Servo Fatigue Testing Machine, widely used for static load and mechanical property testing of metals, non-metals, composites, and mechanical components; capable of tensile, compression, bending fatigue, fracture mechanics, physical and simulated tests. Designed for product design, suitable for fatigue performance testing in the field of low-load testing.

Section 2: Solution Description

2.1 Mainframe: The mainframe is composed of four main parts: the frame, mechanical loading mechanism, transmission mechanism, and fixture. The frame includes columns, worktable, vibration table, upper beam, screw lifting mechanism, and base. These components are assembled and securely mounted on the base. The test spring is installed between the vibration table and screw lifting mechanism via a limit slot. The height adjustment of the screw lifting mechanism meets the requirements of various sized specimens. Different mounting methods for the specimens are accommodated by changing the fixture.

2.2 Loading Mechanism: Mechanically structured, primarily composed of a crank and connecting rod mechanism, which converts the motor's rotational motion into a vertical reciprocating linear motion; by adjusting the eccentricity of the slider, the distance of the reciprocating linear motion can be adjusted to meet the required test stroke of the item being tested.

2.3 Transmission System: The transmission mechanism consists of a three-phase asynchronous variable-frequency motor and a flywheel. By adjusting the motor speed, the test frequency can be arbitrarily adjusted within the range of 0.5 to 5 Hz.

2.4 Control System: The computer measurement and control system is independently developed and manufactured by our company, featuring memory function, allowing historical test data to be accessed at any time. The measurement and control system serves as the core of the testing device, on one hand, collecting test force signals from each spring during the testing process via computer and displaying the test force in real-time, as well as various status parameters such as test frequency, current test number, load and time curve at each station, and test force attenuation. On the other hand, it also sets control parameters based on control requirements, such as the number of test cycles for automatic shutdown, setting test force based on stress decline for automatic shutdown, etc. It issues control signals to the high-voltage control box, with the high-voltage controller controlling the main motor, controlling the adjustment mechanisms of the upper and lower testing spaces, and protecting the space adjustment function during the testing process to prevent erroneous actions during testing, ensuring the safety of operators and equipment.

2.5 Software Features Introduction

2.5.1 Number of test trials can be set. The capacity is 1 billion times.

2.5.2 Upon reaching the set number of test cycles, the control of the testing machine is to stop the test.

2.5.3 The test software system displays the test frequency and the number of tests on the computer and judges the shutdown upon fracture.

2.5.4 Equipped with automatic shutdown function upon any station breakage and shutdown function when the test force attenuates to a specified load.

2.5.5 Features real-time display of the force-time curve for a single specimen test, and records load decay data at the sampling intervals set by the test plan.
